Evernorth Ramps Up for Nasdaq Debut with Completed Executive Agreements
Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings has made significant progress towards its public market listing. The company has completed executive employment agreements, including those for Chief Legal Officer Jessica Jonas, Chief Business Officer Sagar Shah, and Chief Operating Officer Meg Nakamura. Each of these executives will receive a base salary, annual bonus eligibility, employee benefits, and restricted stock units as part of their compensation packages.
The agreements cover equity awards valued at $4.5 million for Jonas, while Shah and Nakamura each received equity awards worth $2.8 million. These figures are subject to shareholder and compensation committee approval under the company's 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
Evernorth continues to prepare for its planned business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp II, which is sponsored by Arrington Capital. After the merger, the combined company will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol XRPN and have secured over $1 billion in gross proceeds from strategic backers, including Ripple.
