Evernorth Secures SEC Approval, One Step from Nasdaq Listing
Evernorth has secured approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list on the Nasdaq exchange, but there is still one more step left before it can be officially listed. The SEC's move is a significant milestone for the company, which will now need to complete its listing process with the Nasdaq.
The SEC has also been working on reforming crypto custody rules for investment advisers, sending a proposal to the White House regulatory office that modifies existing rules under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The proposal aims to provide clearer guidance on the handling and storage of digital assets by investment advisers.
