Exchange Data Hints at Imminent Bitcoin Rally Amid Price Drop
Bitcoin's price surge to $88,000 was short-lived, dropping 3% over the past 24 hours as traders took advantage of short-term gains.
However, exchange data suggests an imminent strong market rally. According to CryptoQuant's analysis, a negative net flow, where withdrawals exceed deposits, signals investor confidence and predicts potential price increases.
A recent surge in Bitcoin withdrawals from exchanges since February 6 indicates rising market confidence and the likelihood of a forthcoming price rally.
The trend is historically correlated with increasing asset prices, reflecting investors moving their assets to cold storage in anticipation of future gains.
Additionally, institutional interest remains strong, as evidenced by continued positive inflows into US-based spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) over the past 10 days, marking the longest streak since December.
