A strategic alliance between BitGo and OTC Markets Group has been established to give over 150 registered broker-dealers a regulated pathway into digital assets through OTC Link ATS.

This partnership aims to provide a seamless experience for broker-dealers and their clients when engaging with the crypto market, making access to digital assets as easy as traditional asset classes.

Von Haenisch notes that the regulatory landscape is rapidly evolving, and this collaboration addresses a significant gap in the institutional market. The SEC's updated guidance allows broker-dealers to hold and transact in crypto for clients.
