FactBlock Offers $1,400 Compensation to Stranded Gaia Phone Buyers

Share

FactBlock, a blockchain-focused technology firm, has launched a support program to compensate buyers who have not received their Gaia Phone orders for an extended period. The compensation amounts to approximately $1,400 per device.

The Gaia Phone was unveiled in July 2025 and sales began in September of that year. However, soon after the sales launch, complaints about shipping delays and a lack of communication from Gaia Network surfaced across community forums and buyer groups.

FactBlock stated that the support program is a gratuitous measure, operated independently without any cooperation or funding from Gaia. The company said it takes seriously the inconvenience and anxiety faced by Gaia Phone buyers amid the prolonged non-delivery situation.
