Cybersecurity researchers at Morphisec have discovered a fake 'Claude Opus 5 Free Desktop' app on Github, which tricks users into installing a Windows infostealer.
The malware targets various crypto asset wallets and other sensitive data, including browser databases, password managers, and VPN configurations.
The targeted wallets include Atomic, Armory, Cake Wallet, Sparrow, Wasabi, Ledger Wallet, Trezor Suite, Electrum, and others.
