Few and Far Founder Indicted for $10 Million NFT Scam
Taj Tarsha, the founder of Few and Far, has been indicted in the Southern District of New York for securities fraud and wire fraud.
The indictment alleges that Tarsha misappropriated millions of dollars raised by the company from investors who were sold the rights to their future FAR token.
According to the indictment, Tarsha used investor funds to gamble at an online casino, speculatively trade cryptocurrency, fund unrelated business ventures, and even finance his own luxury condominium in Miami.
Tarsha allegedly also used some of the funds to support his 'DJ hobby', despite describing the NFT ecosystem as a 'bubble' and admitting that it was 'the last juice I have to squeeze'. He eventually launched the FAR token, which lost over 99% of its value.
