Taj Tarsha, founder of Few and Far, has been indicted on securities and wire fraud charges for allegedly raising over $10 million from 67 investors in an NFT marketplace.

The funds were supposed to be used for development, but prosecutors claim they went towards personal expenses, including a Miami condominium loan and interior design services.

Tarsha also allegedly spent investor money on online gambling and speculative cryptocurrency purchases. The FAR token, launched in May 2024, has since plummeted more than 99% in value.
