Nasdaq-listed FG Nexus has made a significant shift in its investment strategy by liquidating all of its digital assets, including over 50,000 Ethereum (ETH) holdings.

The decision to exit the digital asset market comes after the company recorded a substantial loss of $45.207 million, with a majority of that coming from its Ethereum holdings.

FG Nexus sold all of its ETH by June 30, generating $60.956 million in cash proceeds and an additional $14.983 million receivable collected in July.

The sale is seen as a sign of caution among companies dealing with cryptocurrencies, highlighting the volatile nature of the market and the challenges firms face in maintaining sustainable strategies.
