Fidelity Bitcoin Fund Sees Modest Outflow Amid Choppy Market

The Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) reported an outflow of $2,823,659 on July 28, 2026. This represents a small portion of its vast asset base, approximately 0.03% of the fund's $11.18 billion in assets under management.

The related asset BTC-USD is currently trading near $64,614.43, which marks a decline from earlier this year. Over the past three months, bitcoin has fallen by about 16.13%, and its one-day technical signal now indicates Strong Sell, underscoring lingering bearish sentiment.

Although the outflow is relatively small compared to FBTC's substantial AUM, it aligns with a broader decline in spot bitcoin appetite following this year's rally. Short-term traders appear to be responding to technical pressure and macro uncertainty, while longer-term holders have maintained the fund's core capital base.
