Fin.com Secures $20M to Expand Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure
Fin.com, a New York-based payments startup, has secured $20 million in seed funding to expand its stablecoin payment infrastructure. The financing was led by Expa and Uber co-founder Garrett Camp.
The company's platform supports over 40 currencies and payouts across more than 30 countries, with USDC and USDT available as settlement assets. Fin.com's product focuses on delivering digital dollars as spendable local currency, solving the 'last mile delivery problem' in cross-border payments.
With this funding, Fin.com plans to continue building its cross-border network and payment infrastructure across emerging markets such as South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The company has already established operations or offices in several regions, including New York, Las Vegas, Dubai, Dhaka, Bangalore, and Lahore.
Fin.com's relationship with Expa developed before the seed announcement, with Expa founding partner Vitor Lourenço joining the investment after Dar moved from prospective investor to company co-founder. Other investors include Coinbase Ventures, Tenet Fund, Figure founders, and several other participants in the financing round.
