Global fintechs raised a total of $5.77 billion across 106 deals in August 2026, excluding India, according to data from 1Lattice.

The funding activity spanned various sectors, including digital payments, digital banking, commercial financing, cryptocurrency, blockchain infrastructure, wealth management, and core banking technology.

Imprint, a provider of white-label solutions for payment cards, secured the largest deal of the month with $2 billion in funding from Scotiabank, RBC Royal Bank, TD Bank, Citi, Mizuho Financial Group, Truist, and HSBC.
