Flap Overtakes Pump.fun as BNB Chain Launchpad Fees Soar

Flap, a BNB Chain token launchpad, surpassed Pump.fun in daily revenue on August 1, generating $1.18 million in fees. This marks a significant milestone for Flap, with its fees growing 40x in just two weeks.

The surge in revenue coincided with the relaunch of 'Binance Life', a memecoin that saw a massive 3,000% increase in October last year after Binance co-founder Yi He posted the phrase on X. The token's original developers redeployed it on Flap with a new contract in late July.

Despite this success, Pump.fun remains dominant over any longer window, having earned $31.4 million over the past 30 days compared to Flap's $4.42 million. The Pump family's lifetime revenue of $1.22 billion dwarfs Flap's $52.3 million.
