Flare Network Removes Bridge Step with Direct FXRP Minting

The Flare Network has confirmed plans to enable direct FXRP minting from the XRPL (XRP Ledger) to Ethereum, eliminating a two-step process. This development will allow XRP holders to borrow RLUSD on Ethereum directly from their XRPL wallet without needing an Ethereum interface.

The current process involves minting FXRP on Flare and then bridging it to Ethereum. However, with the new system in place, this bridge step will be engineered away.
