Flare Simplifies XRP Access to DeFi with Smart Accounts Upgrade

Flare Network has introduced Smart Accounts version 1.3, allowing XRP holders to access decentralized finance (DeFi) using their existing wallet without needing separate wallets or manual bridging.

This upgrade simplifies onboarding for the Flare network by reducing the number of approvals required from two to one, eliminating the need for gas token management and removing barriers to crypto adoption.

According to a press release sent to CryptoPotato, users now only require a single wallet signature to access DeFi services, improving user experience and increasing accessibility.
