Flowra Adds Compliance Rules to Solana Through Honeypot Partnership
Flowra has partnered with Honeypot to add compliance rules to the Solana blockchain. This integration combines Flowra's Programmable Block Policy (PBP) with Honeypot's compliance data, allowing institutional validators to set their own rules for deciding which transactions and bundles can be included in blocks.
The system will screen wallet addresses linked to sanctioned entities and consider network-level indicators such as VPNs, proxy services, and Tor exit nodes. These tools account for an estimated 31-61% of traffic that uses network obfuscation, according to the companies.
Each validator will control its own compliance policy, allowing operators to make independent decisions about block construction. The first stage of the partnership will focus on sanctions screening, wallet screening, and auditability for regulated institutions.
