Flowra and Honeypot Team Up on Solana Sanctions Screening
Flowra and Honeypot are partnering to integrate sanctions and risk screening into Solana's block-building process. This collaboration combines Flowra's Programmable Block Policy (PBP) with Honeypot's compliance intelligence to enable institutional validators to define their own rules for which transactions can be included in blocks.
The integration will support screening against sanctions-related criteria, including wallet addresses associated with sanctioned entities and network-level indicators such as VPNs and proxy services. This framework is designed to give individual validators the flexibility to operate according to their own requirements while preserving validator autonomy.
Flowra's CEO, Harry Hwang, said that 'public blockchains have become increasingly attractive to institutional participants' but 'the infrastructure hasn't evolved to give validators the compliance controls many regulated operators expect.' The collaboration aims to bring compliance into the block-building process itself, allowing validators to define and enforce their own policies.
