Fluid Launches On-Chain Liquidity Management for Asset Issuers
Fluid, a DeFi protocol, has launched Liquidity-as-a-Service (LaaS), an on-chain liquidity management solution for asset issuers. According to Foresight News, Fluid's LaaS model uses its own funds from the USDC Lite Vault pool to deploy and maintain DEX liquidity for partner asset issuers. Unlike traditional liquidity models, partners are not required to provide assets or bear impermanent loss risk.
The fees associated with Fluid's LaaS adopt a fixed-rate structure. Partner asset issuers and Fluid will also sign formal legal contracts outlining the terms of their agreement.
This move is aimed at simplifying liquidity management for asset issuers and providing a more accessible entry point to decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
