FOLD Token Goes Live on Kraken

The crypto market has welcomed a new player: FOLD (FOLD), the token of the Interfold, a distributed network for confidential coordination. Kraken has announced that FOLD is now available for trading on its platform.

FOLD trading went live on August 25, 2026. To add the asset to their account, users can navigate to Funding and select FOLD from the list of available assets.

It's essential to note that deposits made using networks not supported by Kraken will be lost. This is because deposits are only accepted through networks supported by Kraken.

The Interfold protocol combines fully homomorphic encryption, zero-knowledge proofs, and distributed threshold cryptography to support various use cases, including sealed-bid auctions, private voting, and multiparty computation workflows.
