Fomo Surpasses Pump.fun as Solana Social Trading Gains Ground
Fomo, the Solana-based social trading app, has surpassed Pump.fun in seven-day revenue. According to DeFiLlama data, Fomo posted $1.76 million in daily protocol revenue on September 4, outpacing Pump.fun's $1.1 million by 60%.
This milestone marks a significant shift on the Solana blockchain, where Pump.fun had been the undisputed revenue leader for nearly two years. However, Fomo's trajectory has been steep, with its revenue increasing from $1.39 million in July to $17.6 million over a 30-day window.
Fomo charges a flat fee of around $1 per swap and earns additional income through builder-code fees tied to Hyperliquid perpetual futures. The platform has attracted over 625,000 users and processed billions in cumulative trading volume, with $25 million coming from first-time buyers using Apple Pay.
