Fomo Surpasses Pump.Fun in Daily Revenue Amid Growing User Base
Financial news from the world of cryptocurrencies reports that Fomo, a social trading platform, has surpassed Pump.fun in daily revenue. According to DefiLlama data cited by Cointelegraph on September 8, Fomo generated $1.76 million in revenue on September 4, while Pump.fun recorded $1.1 million.
Fomo's cumulative revenue over the past 30 days still trails behind Pump.fun's $57 million, but the platform is expanding its user base and service offerings through various means. In June, Fomo raised $75 million in a Series B funding round led by Index Ventures, valuing the company at $550 million.
The platform has also launched perpetual futures trading for users outside the US using Hyperliquid technology. Additionally, over 68,000 users have made their first cryptocurrency purchase on Fomo using Apple Pay, with those transactions totaling around $25 million.
