Former Bitget Listing Head Sparks Controversy Over Exchange Industry Rules

WhiteForest, a former listing head at Bitget, has raised questions about the underlying rules in the cryptocurrency exchange industry. According to WhiteForest, exchanges (CEX), intermediaries, and project parties form a complete listing industry chain, with each part being indispensable.

In an interview, WhiteForest stated that during his three years managing Bitget's spot listings, he had not encountered any intermediaries assisting in facilitating listings on Bitget. However, he observed that smaller exchanges often have similar channels for assisting listings.

WhiteForest questioned whether his experience represented the true situation of the entire industry, asking 'Am I in an information bubble?' He also noted that project parties are willing to pay fees for faster and more certain listing results.
