The decentralized exchange Full Sail has confirmed losses from its automated vaults after a suspected compromise of Switchboard oracle feeds.

The incident forced Switchboard to halt operations across four Move-language blockchains, including Sui, Aptos, IOTA, and Movement.

At least one lending protocol on IOTA was put into emergency shutdown due to the compromised price feed, which allowed an attacker to temporarily set the token's price to $10 million.

The attacker then minted approximately 4.94 million VUSD through the Virtue CDP protocol, affecting at least 45 users and prompting exchange addresses to be frozen.
