Fuze Finance Expands Into Switzerland Through SO-FIT Affiliation
Fuze Finance has expanded its presence into Western Europe by entering Switzerland under the Supervisory Organisation for Financial Intermediaries and Trustees (SO-FIT) affiliation. This move marks Fuze's first entry into a Western European market, in addition to its existing regulated operations in the Middle East, Turkey, and Canada.
The SO-FIT approval places Fuze's Swiss operation under supervision for compliance with the country's Anti-Money Laundering Act. However, it's essential to note that Fuze is not a bank and is neither licensed nor directly supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
Fuze plans to provide crypto-asset infrastructure and stablecoin settlement services to institutional clients through conventional SWIFT, SEPA, and Swiss Interbank Clearing rails. The company will offer institutional crypto brokerage, agency-based over-the-counter execution, and embedded brokerage services.
