CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig credits President Donald Trump with bringing together leading innovators to discuss the future of finance in America.

The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (H.R. 3633) is currently being considered by the Senate, which would give the CFTC authority over spot markets for qualifying digital commodities while preserving SEC oversight of securities.
