Gemini and Apex Team Up for Regulated Crypto Prediction Markets
Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions have announced a new partnership that will bring regulated prediction markets to brokerages. Under this agreement, Gemini Titan will become the exclusive regulated venue for crypto event contracts offered through Apex's FCM to brokerage clients.
The deal would allow brokerages connected to Apex to offer crypto prediction contracts while relying on Gemini for trade execution and clearing. This means that Apex's brokerage customers could gain access to regulated crypto event markets without having to develop their own exchange and connectivity infrastructure.
Gemini's position is backed by its existing CFTC licenses, including a DCM license received by Gemini Titan in December 2025 and a DCO license secured by Gemini's clearing subsidiary Gemini Olympus in April. This allows Gemini to handle derivatives clearing and settlement internally.
