Gemini Enters Equities Market with Commission-Free Stock Trading

Gemini, the cryptocurrency exchange led by the Winklevoss twins, has expanded its services to include commission-free stock trading for U.S. customers.

The move puts Gemini in direct competition with Coinbase, Kraken, and Cash App in equities trading, as part of its broader ambitions to become a markets company.

Gemini's stock (GEMI) remains under pressure, down nearly 90% from its post-IPO high and almost 60% so far this year.
