Gemini Partners with Apex to Bring Regulated Event Contracts to Brokerage Customers

Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions have signed a non-binding letter of intent to bring Gemini's regulated event contracts to brokerage customers connected to Apex.

The proposed partnership would make it easier for Gemini to distribute crypto event contracts without having to duplicate brokers' crypto prediction market infrastructure.

This setup would enable the addition of regulated event contracts to existing financial products for Apex clients.

Gemini's CFTC licenses, including a DCM license received in December 2025 and a DCO permission for Gemini Olympus in April 2026, support its prediction market push.
