Gemini Space Station Hit with Multiple Securities Fraud Claims Over Misleading IPO Disclosures

Share

At least five law firms are pursuing securities fraud claims against Gemini Space Station, Inc. (GEMI), alleging that the company overstated the viability of its cryptocurrency exchange platform at the time of its IPO.

The alleged misrepresentation concerns the company's 'Gemini 2.0' pivot announcement on February 5, 2026, which included a reported 25% workforce reduction and a shift towards a prediction-market strategy.

Investors who purchased Class A common stock at or around the IPO price are being targeted for recruitment into the class action. The law firms competing to represent the lead plaintiff must submit their claims by May 18, 2026, under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act.
