Georgia Cryptocurrency Computing Infrastructure Nears Deployment Readiness
BTC Digital Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed digital computing infrastructure company, announced that its cryptocurrency computing infrastructure project in Georgia is nearing deployment readiness.
The facility has a planned power capacity of 10 megawatts and will be able to support up to approximately 900,000 TH/s of theoretical computing capacity at full deployment. This assumes the deployment of high-efficiency mining machines as part of the company's planned configuration.
The project is expected to reach deployment readiness within two months, after which it will deploy high-performance cryptocurrency mining machines and commence digital asset mining operations. The actual quantity of machines deployed and realized computing power level will be adjusted based on factors such as energization progress, mining machine models, energy efficiency, network difficulty, and market conditions.
BTC Digital Ltd. is advancing a dual-engine development strategy, which includes expanding its AI computing infrastructure service capabilities while sustaining the development of its cryptocurrency computing business.
