German Cryptocurrency Savings Plans: Only Three Providers Provide Complete Fee Information
A recent survey of nine German cryptocurrency savings plan providers found that only three of them provide complete fee information on their own pages. The survey, conducted by CryptoTicker on August 14, 2026, aimed to identify which terms the providers publish.
The survey revealed that Bison, justTRADE, and Kraken are the only three providers that state figures complete enough for the cost of a savings plan execution to be derived from them. Two other providers, finanzen.net zero and Scalable Capital, name trading terms but no complete savings plan details for crypto assets.
The survey also found that several providers charge their price mainly through the spread, which is not always clearly disclosed. This type of cost has an awkward property: no fee line appears in the portfolio statement, only a purchase price. A plain comparison rule follows from this: a provider stating 0 euros in execution charges plus a spread is not thereby cheaper than one naming a 1 percent fee while keeping the spread tight.
