Global Listed Companies Sell $15.92 Million Worth of Bitcoin Amid Rising Volatility
Global listed companies (excluding mining companies) have sold $15.92 million worth of Bitcoin over the past week, down from $1.3 billion in net sales the previous week.
This marks a significant decline in their BTC holdings, with Strategy remaining the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, holding over 840,000 BTC despite selling approximately 3,620 BTC.
Other companies such as KULR Technology Group and OrangeBTC have also adjusted their strategies by selling some of their BTC to repay debts or redirect resources towards AI data center operations.
The 'borrow-to-buy-BTC' treasury model is undergoing a reshuffle due to rising financing costs and increased BTC price volatility, with some companies shifting from simply hoarding Bitcoin towards more diverse investments.
