GMOコイン Cuts SAND, CHZ, FIL Trading Amid Market Liquidity Concerns

GMOコイン, a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that it will discontinue trading in three assets: The Sandbox (SAND), Chiliz (CHZ), and Filecoin (FIL).

The decision was made due to changes in the projects' continuity, liquidity, and difficulties in securing counterparties.

Users who have these assets in their GMOコイン accounts will be forced to sell them by mid-November. The proceeds will be deposited into their Japanese yen-denominated accounts.

GMOコイン is warning users that if market conditions worsen, the price at which they are sold could be lower than expected.
