Gnosis Safe Wallet Exploited for $7.8 Million in rsETH Hack
A Gnosis Safe wallet holding $7.73 million worth of rsETH has been compromised in an exploit that happened on September 15, 2026.
The attack was traced to a custom Uniswap v4 LP Safe module used by the affected wallet, which had a public entry point accepting caller-controlled data and using DELEGATECALL without proper access checks.
An attacker used this entry point to execute code inside the wallet's context, gaining control over its assets.
The attack was front-runned in Ethereum's mempool by an MEV bot named 'yoink', capturing roughly $7.8 million worth of rsETH for itself.
