Goldman Sachs Buys NEOS for $2.25 Billion Control
Goldman Sachs has agreed to acquire NEOS Investments in a cash-and-stock deal worth up to $2.25 billion.
The acquisition will grant Goldman control over 19 exchange-traded funds linked to Bitcoin and Ethereum, with approximately $30 billion in total assets under management for these products.
These include the Bitcoin High Income ETF and Boosted Bitcoin High Income ETF.
The deal is subject to regulatory approval, which is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.
Following this acquisition, Goldman's ETF assets under management are projected to exceed $130 billion.
