Goldman Sachs Flips From XRP Seller to Big Buyer
Goldman Sachs has been making waves in the XRP market, first dumping its holdings at a near-cycle high and then buying back in when the price dropped to $1. According to the latest 13F filing for Q3 of 2026, Goldman Sachs initially held no XRP exposure, but quickly began acquiring more between April 1 and June 30.
The investment giant's XRP holdings now stand at a staggering $87 million, making it the largest holder on Wall Street. This represents a significant increase from Q1 of 2026, when Goldman Sachs held no XRP exposure.
Goldman Sachs' buying spree is part of a larger trend of institutional investors scooping up XRP during its recent dip. The bank's XRP holdings are spread across five ETF products, including Franklin Templeton and Grayscale.
