Goldman Sachs has resumed holding spot XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) after a one-quarter gap, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The firm had disposed of all related positions in the previous quarter but now holds approximately $86.5 million across five XRP spot ETFs managed by Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, Canary Capital, 21Shares, and Grayscale.

Among these, the Franklin Templeton-managed ETF represents the largest position, exceeding 2.23 million shares.

The latest Form 13F confirms that Goldman has once again entered the XRP ETF market, with this move coming as XRP's price has risen sharply in recent sessions, up 47.22% over the past seven days.
