Goldman Sachs Reclaims Top Spot in XRP ETF Holdings Amid Token Rally
Goldman Sachs has taken back its spot as the largest institutional holder of XRP ETFs after re-entering the market with an $86.50 million allocation distributed across five distinct products from Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, Grayscale, Canary, and 21Shares.
The investment bank's portfolio includes positions in the Bitwise XRP ETF (2,208,949 shares), Franklin's XRPZ product (2,238,407 shares), and Canary's XRPC offering (1,759,090 shares).
This move comes as XRP has surged 40% over the past week, with its price currently trading between $1.31 and $1.38.
The XRP token has also seen a significant increase in open interest in futures contracts, which reached $3.44 billion after rising by over 17%, with CME experiencing a 35% uptick.
