GPUS Trades 378.6% Above Intrinsic Value Amid Strategic Pivot
Hyperscale Data Inc (GPUS) announced it will cease Bitcoin mining operations at its Michigan facility to pivot towards AI data center infrastructure, following a master services agreement with a California-based provider.
The new contract allows GPUS to deploy 20 megawatts of power capacity over an initial 10-year term and could generate over $1.2 billion in revenue, with potential upside to more than $3 billion if additional contract options are exercised.
GPUS trades at a Price-to-Sales (P/S) ratio of 0.05, which is marginally above its historical median P/S of roughly 0.02 but remains extremely low compared to typical industry standards.
GuruFocus' GF Value metric estimates an intrinsic value of $0.05 per share for GPUS, which is approximately 378.6% below the current trading price of $0.24.
