Grandmother Missing in Las Vegas as Family Receives Cryptic Text Messages

Alisa Goods, a 63-year-old grandmother of five from New York, has been missing in Las Vegas for over a week. She was last seen on August 8th when she left her friend's apartment to take a bus to a nearby CVS, but never returned.

According to her family, Goods' phone started sending texts asking for money and Bitcoin two days after she went missing. Her niece, Alana Calloway, said the request for gas money was especially strange because Goods does not drive.

The Las Vegas Metro Police are investigating the case, and have asked anyone with information to come forward. Goods' family has also been searching for her, with her daughter Kristen flying out to Las Vegas to try and find answers.
