Alisa Goods, a 63-year-old grandmother of five, was reported missing on August 10 in Las Vegas. Her family said she had traveled to visit a friend and left his apartment on August 8 to take a bus to a nearby CVS, but never returned.

Two days after her disappearance, her family started receiving messages from her phone, asking for help with gas money and Bitcoin. The request for gas money was particularly strange, as Goods does not drive.

Her niece, Alana Calloway, raised the possibility that Goods had been kidnapped, saying 'If they have her phone, there's a possibility that they have her.'

The Las Vegas Metro Police are actively investigating Goods' missing person case and ask anyone with information to contact investigators.
