Gratus Reserve V Files $75M Fund for Institutional-Level Crypto Strategy
A new $75 million fund called Gratus Reserve V has been filed with the SEC to launch a crypto strategy focused on XRP and other ISO-20022-compliant assets. The fund claims that buying XRP through institutional OTC desks costs nearly 10 times less than retail purchases due to lower fees and better liquidity access.
Besides XRP, the fund will include assets like Stellar, Cardano, Hedera, Quant, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, reflecting a shift towards blockchain protocols compatible with traditional banking. The fund awaits SEC approval to legally offer this strategy to everyday investors with full transparency and audited financials.
