Grayscale Advances Spot Zcash ETF Listing Amid Rising ZEC Price

Grayscale has made progress toward launching its spot Zcash ETF in the US after updating its registration paperwork with the SEC. The asset manager filed Amendment No. 4 to its Form S-3 registration statement, moving closer to a potential NYSE Arca listing for the proposed Grayscale Zcash ETF.

The fund would provide investors with exposure to the ZEC price without directly holding the privacy-focused cryptocurrency. If approved, shares would trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCSH.

One significant update involves how ETF shares would be created and redeemed. The fund expects to process creations and redemptions mainly through cash transactions.
