Grayscale has withdrawn its registration filings for three spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tied to Cardano, Hedera, and Polkadot. The company filed Form RW with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 7 to withdraw the S-1 registration statements for the Grayscale Cardano Trust ETF, Grayscale Hedera Trust ETF, and Grayscale Polkadot Trust ETF.

Neither Grayscale nor the SEC explained why these withdrawals were made. It is unclear whether this decision will affect other projects related to these assets or if it's a one-off move by Grayscale.
