A Form 144 filing has been made by DCG International Investments Ltd to sell up to 10,000 shares of Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust (OTCQX: BCHG) on or after July 31, 2026.

The shares were purchased from the issuer in a privately negotiated cash transaction on April 20, 2024, with an aggregate market value of $15,168.00.

This comes after DCG International Investments Ltd sold 5,000 shares for $7,751.0 on July 29, 2026 and 10,000 shares for $16,054.0 on July 30, 2026.
