Grayscale Launches Model Portfolios Combining BTC, ETH, SOL, and LINK Exposure
Grayscale has launched four model portfolios that combine exposure to Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Chainlink (LINK). The Core Plus portfolio combines these assets with quarterly rebalancing and a 40% asset cap. This move is part of Grayscale's effort to provide financial advisors with a portfolio-based investment structure.
The model portfolios are designed to separate broad exposure, market leaders, non-Bitcoin assets, and protocol infrastructure into different allocation frameworks. Each strategy combines holdings through eligible exchange-traded products instead of direct allocations selected individually by advisors.
Laurie Katz, Grayscale's Global Head of Distribution, notes that advisors increasingly want digital assets within existing client portfolios but often seek an allocation framework that does not require managing every asset separately.
