Grayscale, the world's largest digital asset-focused investment platform, has urged Senate leaders to schedule a floor vote on the CLARITY Act before the August recess.

The company argues that prolonged regulatory uncertainty is driving crypto businesses and capital overseas due to an inconsistent regulatory environment.

According to Grayscale, the legislation would establish a clearer division of regulatory responsibilities between the CFTC and SEC, providing greater certainty for businesses, developers, and investors.

The company warns that the absence of comprehensive digital asset legislation has forced the industry to operate under unclear rules, which are driving companies to expand in jurisdictions with established frameworks, such as Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
