Crypto asset manager Grayscale is moving forward with its plans to launch a Zcash-based exchange-traded fund in the US. According to an August 19 report by Odaily, Grayscale recently filed an amended S-3 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Grayscale Zcash Trust. This amendment is part of the process to convert Grayscale's existing Zcash ETF into a product that can be listed on a US exchange.

The filing does not guarantee a listing, as SEC review and exchange procedures are still pending. However, if the registration statement takes effect, Grayscale plans to list the Zcash Trust on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCSH.
