Grayscale Sees Zcash Price Rally to $8,100 by 2030 Amid Bitcoin Challenge
Grayscale Research has published a bullish report on Zcash (ZEC), predicting its price could rally to $8,100 by 2030. According to the research note, ZEC's financial privacy features make it an attractive alternative to Bitcoin, particularly in the face of increasing AI surveillance. The report highlights that Zcash can challenge Bitcoin's dominance without requiring widespread merchant adoption.
Zach Pandl, Head of Research at Grayscale, emphasized that Zcash's 'intents' technology enables universal connectivity and private asset management. He also pointed out that a 2% rise in market share could push ZEC price to above $1,622, while a 10% share of Bitcoin's market cap could trigger a rally to $8,100.
The report acknowledges higher risk associated with Zcash but notes that the ongoing crypto market recovery may drive further gains. Grayscale Research suggests that ZEC's price has significant upside potential due to its unique features and increasing demand for financial privacy.
