Grayscale Unveils Prebuilt Crypto Portfolios for Financial Advisors
Grayscale, a leading provider of cryptocurrency investment products, has launched four preconstructed portfolio models for financial advisors. These models offer a convenient way for advisors to provide their clients with exposure to digital assets without having to build and maintain separate allocations.
The four strategies are designed to cater to different investment goals and risk tolerances. The Digital Assets Core Plus model combines Bitcoin and Ethereum with selected altcoins, while the Leaders strategy focuses on the five largest eligible digital assets. The Next Gen model excludes Bitcoin and holds up to 10 established or emerging crypto assets, and the Infrastructure model targets protocols supporting smart contracts.
Laurie Katz, Grayscale's global head of distribution, said that advisors are increasingly looking for ways to bring digital assets into client portfolios without having to build and maintain allocations asset by asset. The models can be made available through financial platforms, which will handle implementation and trade execution.
